LIKE HELLO?!!! can you tell me who exactly gets an average ELECTRICITY bill that does not exceed rm77??? SERIOUSLY MAN. my gawd~ might as well you scratch that last part off -_-lll and 15% is a lot =.= and why only this 2 states? if the reason is

why not every state also increase by 15%?? like can you blame us that the weather is being so menopausal, 1 day rain and the next day sunny like oven or something... =.=
